So before I get into this product, I’d like to preferences that I have had a love/hate relationship with Benefit Cosmetics for years. Some products, such as, the Hoola Bronzer have been staples in my makeup collection since college. However, I haven’t always gravitated toward other things in their line. I was lucky enough to get to try out a sample of Benefit’s hottest mascara on the market, the Badgal Bang Mascara, which seemed to be much different than any other mascara they have ever released. This mascara and its super skinny wand is said to provide “gravity defying” volume and lift.
This mascara is one of the most hyped up products I’ve seen on the market in quite some time! It seems every blogger and Youtuber alike was promoting this product even before it was released. Benefit did a wonderful job spreading the word and getting this launch into the press. When Badgal Bang was released in stores, I couldn’t help but notice how quickly it was flying off the shelf. I was so excited to try this and see if this mascara truly lived up to all the rage!
Like many products from Benefit, the price tag on Badgal Bang is moderate compared to some if its competitors. Retailing at $24, it certainly won’t break the bank to purchase this and/or use it consistently. What I appreciate most about this product is that it is offered in a travel size for $12 for those who may want to try the product without paying full price. Plus, who doesn’t love a miniature size product, am I right??
After using this mascara for a few weeks, I can safely confirm that Benefit Badgal Bang IS worth every bit of the hype centered around its release. Benefit has worked their magic to create a mascara that not only holds a curl like no other, but is also GREAT for everyday makeup. I enjoy wearing this on its own or paired with my Dior Lash Primer for a more dramatic effect. If you’re on the hunt for an affordable, yet reliable mascara, 10/10 would recommend giving this a shot!
Be sure to come visit next week for another “Worth The Hype Wednesday” and leave me a comment if you’ve tried Benefit Badgal Bang or any other mascaras you think are great!
